markasdev.com is operated by PT. Teknologi Nggoro Pratama ("MarkasDev", "we"). This policy explains what data we collect through this site, why, and your rights under Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

Data we collect

• Data you send through the contact form: name, organisation, role, email, phone number (optional), and the content of your brief.
• Technical data: aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you personally.
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the person submitting a form is human.

How we use it

We use form data only to reply to you, prepare a first conversation, and write a proposal if you ask for one. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. We keep it for as long as the purposes above require, or as long as the law requires.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form notifications reach our inbox through a transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to office@markasdev.com.
